Returns Policy 

Please note that all items are second-hand and some are very old indeed! Florence & Florence endeavour to only sell items in good second-hand condition and make every effort to describe any particular or prominent imperfections. However, please do expect the reasonable wear and tear of items which are not brand new.

Florence & Florence will exchange or refund any item you are unhappy with as long as the item is returned to us within 7 days of receipt and in the original condition it was sent in. You must ask for proof of postage from your post office when you return the item.

Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. Florence & Florence suggest you return items by registered post as we cannot refund items which are broken or lost during transit. If an item is damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement (if possible) or refund.
